My husband underwent open heart surgery last month to repair a valve and was sent Mended Heart® Bear by my parents. It was the one gift he was given during his ordeal that he is certain he will keep for many years. Our 3 year old nieces visited us soon after. Showing them the bear was a great way to explain their uncle's "boo-boo".
