Sarah's little warrior!

Sarah from Indian Rocks Beach shared her Bummer Bear story with us and an adorable picture of her son with his Mended Heart Bear.
Our son was born with a critical congenital heart defect. He has since had multiple procedures and two open heart surgeries. Our amazing neighbors bought him this bear after his first surgery. We love it and everything it stands for! Our son is doing amazing and is our warrior! We are so proud of his strength.
And we also received a follow-up picture of him at 6-months after surgery #2!
