Jacob's family shared their Bummer Bear story:
Thanks for such a cuddly welcome to the Zipper Club. I got it from my best buddy after my first open heart surgery. It's nice to have a friend who knows what it's like to have a zipper! I can't wait till I'm strong enough to snuggle.
